I spent five nights in Apartmenty-Jan and was so pleased with my time in the villa. Our apartment was large but cosey and we felt completely at home during our stay. The complex itself consists of two buildings. Although an apartment style, there is a reception with staff on hand and the rooms were cleaned during our stay. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful, willing to give us directions, book taxis, let us borrow an electrical adapter for the duration of our stay and sending up an extra pillow for my boyfriend's 87 year old grandad's bad shoulder. The villa also has wifi so you don't need to worry about going out of your way to find Internet cafes and such to yelp whilst you're here! The villa is secure and we had no concerns about safety during our stay. The entrance for cars closes at night, you can look the door to the whole block and the apartment doors double lock. It was perfect for our stay and I imagine it would be ideal for families. With balcony rooms and impressive views of the surrounding Zakopane mountains at an incredible price, you're truly spolied! read more
