U.S. government regulated subsidiary establishments and incorporations including, but not limited to: (1) Apalachee Center Incorporated, and (2) the Tallahassee Police Department (TPD), are all jointly responsible for subjecting me to nearly exactly one month of torture under medically documented circumstances. It is my right to receive the medical documentation of this torture, including video. The US Social Security Administration (SSA) has willfully ignored this right up until the time of this post.
The acts of torture include, but are not limited to: (A) rape, (B) enforced disappearance, and (C) physical blunt force trauma. This was done through the processes of systemically and systematically depriving me of my basic human rights by the TPD until I was under the care of Dr. Quiray at Apalachee Center Incorporated's (reeducation?) facility, located on Tennessee street, Tallahassee, Florida, USA.
Regarding torture item A, rape: The Florida Uniform Crime Reports program defines Rape as the penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any body part or object, or oral penetration by a sex organ of another person or object, without the consent of the victim. This definition includes either gender of victim or offender, and instances where the victim is incapable of giving consent because of temporary or permanent mental or physical incapacity (including due to the influence of drugs or alcohol) or because of age. Physical resistance is not required on the part of the victim to demonstrate lack of consent. Attempts to commit rape are also included.
When the staff nurses at Apalachee Center Incorporated, under the supervision of Dr. Quiray, each other, and others, forcefully injected me on three (3) occasions, or greater, during the time that I was there, without provocation and without good medical cause, they, in addition to exhibiting extreme contenpt for my mental/physical well-being, committed rape, for themselves, each other, Dr. Quiray, Apalachee Center Incorporated, the TPD, and, transitively, the U.S.
When the members of Apalachee Center Incorporated and the TPD jointly detained me based on the hearsay of people who had no relationship to me (before and after), and detained me for a month while they tortured me, they committed torture item B: enforced disappearance.
The members of Apalachee Center Incorporated and the TPD jointly deprived me of my rights to contact the police, speak to an officer, and press charges against another patient (not named here) in Apalachee Center Incorporated's holding facility who had, and was still perpetually (at the willfull negligence of the staff and Dr. Quiray), committing physical assault against me. The unnamed patient was allowed by Dr. Quiray and the staff to attack and beat me mercilessly on multiple occasions, from which I left the facility with a diagnosed chest contusion and black eye by the Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. They made no effort to restrain the unprovoked attacker after the first time. I was told to lay down and go to sleep while suffering from a concussion after each merciless beating (which can easily result in death). When Apalachee Center Incorporated and the TPD chose to behave this willfully negligent, and deliberately fail their duties, they also participated in torture item C: physical blunt force trauma.
I eventually won my rights of habeas corpus, but at a huge mental, physical, and emotional toll to not just all of my mind, body, and soul, but also to my professional and academic endeavors.
In spite of my persistent requesting for someone to take care of my animals, I returned home to homophobic and racist death threats graphited all over my house, dead pets, broken property, and further unspeakable horrors...
