Apparently, the architect who designed and built the city's Civic Center was high on opium for the duration of the project. The buildings and parking lots are scattered in a random, hap-hazard layout. There are no directional signs indicating where anything is. Buildings aren't identified by either a name of the agency or a street number. The one exception is the Apache Junction Police Department, whose name appears on one side of the building, but some brain-dead fool stuck a huge tree in front of it, so it's hidden from view and can't be seen.
