Company is aware of problem, but either doesn't care or cannot figure out how to fix problem. Here's an idea - don't roll out half baked products (ie Yukon TV) until they have been properly vetted. We were LOYAL customers for over 20 years, company doesn't care. They have lost their way. GCI has good employees, but management has taken their eye off the ball.
