Less than a month after having the septic tank, as well as pump tank pumped (recommended every 6-8 years), I was told that I would also be charged another $395.00 to have it all pumped again in order to replace this. The woman I spoke to became very rude and short with me when I even questioned this. Horrible customer service, and totally not expected from someone representing a family business!!
