This is absolutely ridiculous. If she waits another 6 months, they will have charged her for the whole two years she hasn't been able to use this club. I guess that was the idea of the run around she has gotten. This is very unfair and unjust. Do NOT sign a membership with this place because they will not help you, when you need it. They will just give you the run around.

I asked a team member to do something about it. He gave me a deer in the headlights look. Finally, I talked the young people and asked them to stop cussing and yelling, saying it was disrespectful. They yelled and cussed more - at me and in general. The employee that I spoke to about it decided it would be a good idea to call me an a**hole for confronting them. Never, ever is it a good idea to call your customer names. I resigned my membership immediately. I don't recommend this place at all.
