Never been to this place but my companies use it for employment stuff & it was close to my job site so I figured I'd give them a try. Now I see why all the employees complain about them. I called & asked if I could walk in on my lunch (my lunch fluctuates every day so no way to schedule an appointment), they said no way. I mentioned that my employees claim to do walks.... She said NOPE & that I absolutely MUST have an appointment. Ok well what we right? So I have to take a morning off & rearrange my work schedule etc etc to make this "required" appointment. Make the appointment for 8:15.... They open at 8 & I figured I'd be in & out quickly. WRONG. I get there a few minutes after 8, so about 12 minutes early & they already had all my paperwork so nothing else to be done expect give ID.... Not only did I have to wait over an hour, closer to 90 minutes, but I had to wait BEHIND 5 walk ins that showed up at 8. WTAF? HARD NO. You take appointments that are on time FIRST. They also appeared to have like 4-5 scheduled appointments for the same time.... You have 2 employees & you can't do 5 people at once so what kinda BS is that? To say I am pissed does not even begin to cover it. NONE of our company's will be using this crappy service provider going forward. So they lost business I won't subject my staff to this kind of service. Outside of this they were friendly & had great bedside manner. Phlebotomist was skilled.

Been an in-patient here twice and out-patient patient for day procedure 3x. My last experience for…read morea broken hip was very good. Physical Therapy was there was there from day 1 and they were professionals who were both personable and experienced. The food was awesome and the highlight of my day. My requests for pain medicine during both stays were quickly answered. In fact, my call buttons were responded to on a timely basis. My rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. During my second stay I was transferred to a room with a strange bed that was very low on the floor and uncomfortable. The unusual procedure that bothered me was how my catheter was placed. I felt my privacy was invaded and almost sexually abused. 4 staff entered my room with a flashlight, turning out the the room lights on the way in, with the necessary supplies. The R.N. explained they were there to insert my urinary catheter necessary for the surgery required to repair my broken hip. Ok, been there, done that. But 4 people , 1 holding a flashlight, 1 attempting to thread the tubing, and 2 providing verbal guidance. Huh? Then she missed and placed it in the other orifice just below where it belonged!! This eerie procedure just took an even more bizarre turn. I looked at their faces and there were some strange grins. 2nd time was the charm. Never in my 50+ years have I experienced such a strange encounter. When I complained, I never saw any of them again. Bizzaro! Notwithstanding, all the other staff impressed me with their compassion and professionalism. Discharge planning for rehab was handled on a timely basis. To my surprise, the Hospitalists were competent and interested in me and took into account my pre-existing conditions. They billed My quickly and consequently never received a bill. Except for that one eerie incident, which I felt was heard and resolved, I recommend Logan for both day surgery and in-patient care.

I was left with a swollen, bruised arm and more waiting before being told they did not have a bed for me in the hospital and I would have to stay the night on a gurney with no blanket or pillow. Thankfully, they finally found a bed for me. The rest of this hospital and personnel are top notch, But stay away from the ER at all costs!

Walgreens did not have post op shoes. So we went to Med supply store behind Smiths. And purchased the shoe for $25. I checked on Walmart price and cost was it was about the same $25 and not the $5-10 dollar price Justin said it would cost at Walmart or Walgreens. J I was happy with the care I received! They did a CT scan immediately & determined it was a stroke!!! He was admitted but was able to get out the next day. It was determined it was a minor stroke thank God!! Because I'm the Essential Caregiver for my adult twins with Special Needs, and was the full time--at home--Daughter Caregiver for both my elder parents. Dr H has treated us all...along with myself, and older son as well. Each "chapter" in this book would have some varied medical need that he met in a professional and speedy way. No matter how big or small. From dementia...to autism...to leukemia...to therapy recommendations...to diabetes...to prostate cancer...to epileptic seizures...to sports physicals...dermatology...and a little bit of everything else in between. He responds quickly, and the Patient Portal is a wonderful and efficient tool available to any patient, or their essential caregiver. He asks thoughtful questions and truly LISTENS to your answers. He isn't writing all the time like physicians of the past! It's so refreshing. I never feel rushed, or that I have to hurry to find the right words. Our appointments are always on time, and the waiting room isn't packed. I've often wondered how they stagger their appointments so well. Dr Hipolito is the sole, continual thread in our family's care, and it gives me complete peace of mind that I don't have to re-create history when we go in. He just KNOWS us. You can't put a price on experience like that. I'd give Ten Big Fat Stars on this review if I could...he deserves them.
