When we were in escrow on the new home, we had an issue with our inspector not wanting to go in the crawl space because he "thought" we had critters and refused to come back until we were able to show that we didn't. Angelina, just as frustrated as we were, brought her own traps and went into the crawl space on her own and set the traps the inspector requested. She knew what needed to happen and got the job done, which I truly respected. She doesn't talk your ear off, she is an active listener and great communicator. What I think I liked the most was she never came across as someone she isn't. I've met a lot of realtors and a lot seem to try to show off their accomplishments and act flashy and brag. That doesn't impress me and really, it makes me uncomfortable. I want someone who is going to understand my wants and needs and help me achieve that without having to brag about what she's done.
