For several years, I've been utilizing Napoli's Caputo flours, particularly their -00- and Semola, to craft my pasta. The gluten texture they provide is just right, resulting in a soft and excellent dough, and the flavor is unmatched. Despite trying other brands, Caputo's remains true to its quality.
