My margherita pizza could've been an 8.5 with the fresh ingredients, lots of Buffalo Mozzarella.... but the crust was soggy and tasted burnt in places. I don't even know how that's possible but it's a shame cause could be an excellent pie read more

We enjoyed two pizzas and a caprese salad for a quick dinner. Everything was incredible! From the easy phone ordering (thanks Mason!) To the quick turnaround, and of course the flavorful, crisp pizza that held up nicely to the plentiful toppings. Oh so good and perfect food after a hard morning on the Primitive Trail in Arches. The restaurant has several big screen TVs that were playing the World Cup and Wimbledon. There was one waiter in the whole place but that's all that was needed as it was not busy (I hope this place does get busier). He was very friendly and suggested the Homemade Burrata (think Caprese but more do-it-yourself). Very glad we took his suggestion due to the fresh local tomatoes which were insanely delicious. They give a HUGE portion of fresh mozzarella (arguably too much, unless they're just trying to get rid of supply, but we just took the rest to go and are going to include in dinner) and some basil and balsamic. My wife and I ordered and shared a capricciosa pizza and fettuccini Alfredo with chicken. Like a lot of pizzerias in Utah that use fresh local ingredients, the pizza was pure sublime (again, especially after a long morning hike). So so good! The fettuccine Alfredo with chicken was good but definitely very run-of-the-mill, the only reason this place doesn't get a perfect score. I'll definitely be back when I'm in Moab! read more

We were with a large group so we tried more items abd shared. Wow. Great salads. Try the Val Gardena, pizza that was truly thin crust wood fired, the crust was flavorful and the texture was great. Fungi would highly recommend as well as pizza Primavera the prochuto was so tender and the flavor was not over stated. Oh I forgot we started with a caprice salad tomatoes fresh grown on the premises. Loved the balsamic reduction. And deserts. Fresh peach in season is a must. We went here because of the great reviews but the service was as if 7 high school kids decided to open a restaurant in 24 hours because they knew a chef who out out serviceable Italian food. The waiter had no idea how to use the ipad he was taking the order on, the drink was wrong, the entrees came with no silverware or napkins, and paying took a full 10 minutes at the counter because the 5 (yes, 5) kids there couldn't figure out how to figure it out. The only upside was that they didn't charge me for one drink because they... couldn't figure it out. They were well meaning and polite but they direly need supervision. read more

This is about as good as it gets for dinner in Moab, in my opinion. They make their bread and dough in-house--it was very good. They provided us extra bread when we decided to split a salad as an appetizer so that we each got a piece. The pizzas were delicious, nicely sized, and clearly made with fresh ingredients. House brewed iced tea and lemonade were both very good. What's most outstanding about this place however is their service. The service was next level. Excellent from the moment we stepped in until we left. Not easy to find a place like this in a small town. Sure, wait staff are usual folksy and friendly in a small town diner but this wait staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and made the meal easy and enjoyable. Good pizza dough but seemed like it sat before coming to the table as it wasn't crispy? Calamari was over cooked, burrata was flavorless served with a completely unripe tomato and a balsamic reduction. The idea was right but the flavor it wasn't there. There was no bread served with the Burrata and we had to ask for some which was What seemed like one of those twice baked baguettes that wasn't baked the second time? The arugula salad tasted bland with kalamata olives and a few beets. The calzone was probably the best thing that we had however all the meat was on one side and after eating it he had horrible digestive issues throughout the evening and the next morning. Great homemade dough and sauce, homemade seeming sausage. That's where it ends however. Every item lacked garlic meaning zero garlic. Every item indicated it had basil but none was on it. They use canned mushrooms for the pizza. Still shocked I ate at an Italian place and I didn't eat any garlic! We stopped by here for lunch on our Utah road trip. The outdoor dinning was very spacious. The food was fresh and delicious, we ordered the meat lover pizza and the Antica Forma pizza, both were exceptional. The pastas were cooked perfectly al dente and the Alfredo sauce was just creamy and delicious. Service was friendly and attentive. We will definitely come back here again when we are in Moab. read more

This was our first experience at Antica, but it won't be our last. Overall, a great evening. Wife and I ordered a pizza that the server recommended (I don't remember what it was called, from the no red sauce side). We also got the chicken with Alfredo sauce, we substituted a breaded chicken breast in with no problems making the sub. Apps were two meatballs and a pear salad. Dessert was strawberry shortcake. The meatballs came in their marinara sauce. The sauce was out of this world. The crust of the pizza was so flavorful and chewy, a true epicurean treat. Great food, great flavor, large portions, and a super friendly wait staff. Very attentive to our needs. We may eat there again tomorrow night. read more

Ordered the fried calamari and pizza montanara. It was probably the worst fried calamari I've ever had, it's too crispy with no flavor and a small portion. The pizza montanara just tastes like marinara sauce, and falls apart because the crust is way too thin and the pizza wasn't sliced well so everything fell apart. Can you guys seriously start importing more of the Buffalo mozzarella because this is the second time we've been here in two months and you guys are out....again. I want to cry every time haha. & you don't offer vegan cheese. So it's like the only option for lactose intolerant people like me. We recommend all of our wedding couples here too. The pizza is just as good, if not better - than when we went to Italy. It's amazing. In town from Colorado and just ordered the picante pizza for take out. They made it in 10 minutes (30 minutes before closing), and it exceeded our expectations! We ate here on our last day. Try the pistachio pizza for something new. It was delicious and our kids loved their own pizza too. Honestly it wasn't much more expensive than the crappy Wendy's across the street. I would have eaten here several more times if we had come earlier in the week. Our server was sweet and friendly.
