Until his passing, he was with Coe / State Farm- and I switched all my policies to Coe after his death. It was the best move I ever made. I had a disasterous situation a few years back, and State Farm made good on it. Naturally, if they're assisting you on a 23k loss - you have to understand your bills are gonna go up- but in all honesty it wasn't as bad as it could have been...and I'd want the company that was there for me to recoup their losses someday. Two years later, what began as a quick account review by Justin at Coe's office to see if State Farm could meet my USAA rates...became a meet and BEAT by far. Between the rate beat and an added incentive to bundle, I actually decided to up my coverages too(as it was 'found' $, that I didn't have before). To go from 50/100/50 to 250/500/250 was a smarter move now that I actually have things to lose- and I had been being cheap / under protected all along. Was only a small amount of $ to boost those coverages big time, and behind it all - I know it's a company that is gonna do me right because they've done it before. A+ across the board.

His staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and when they don't have an answer they will find and get back to you quickly. The premium went up significantly. I was sent renewal information and found the price was ridiculously higher. I found a better policy for $41 less per month for a 12 month policy. That's $492 in my pocket. So I didn't sign anything with Dolin. He insinuates since he uploaded the forms, i'm obligated to sign them. Not if I don't like the policy pricing. I wasn't even sent a preliminary quote for the policy. So why would you draw up documents? I'm not blindly signing anything. I got home last night to find he mailed the policies to me. Pushy much? Anyway. He told me I was stupid (which is mainly why I'm writing this). Class act for the president of a company. Mind you, I was referred to him by a coworker. Please bypass this guy unless you like getting robbed slowly.
