One day, I noticed the pumps had been torn out and lots of construction was going on. People paid attention. After all, it's the last place to get gas, food and snacks on your journey to elsewhere...or El Dorado Lake. I took plenty of pics, as I am impressed with the Phoenix rising from the ashes. There is even a liquor store built right into it, next door. Now, lots of people are coming in. I like this little store already, but now it stands proud on the East side of El Dorado!

When the transaction was in process, the clerk rang the beer up at a higher price! Upon questioning, the clerk informed me the it was an old price and pointed out a higher price on a display case. I felt that a retailer should honor a marked price in their store so I boycotted Sunny's for eight months! Last week I stopped by the store in hopes of speaking to the manager but instead encountered the same salesman as mentioned in the before indecent. I very calmly tried to communicate with him only to be met with a very agitated and aggressive response. He accused me spending 45 minutes in the cooler and posting an old sign which I had found in the cooler. Both are false accusations!
