We sat for about 14-20 minutes before even receiving menus. Three different staff members appeared confused about who was responsible for us. One person eventually brought the menus, but a different server ended up taking over and bringing the food. Unfortunately, she seemed irritated during the few brief interactions we had with her. The food itself was just okay. The "specialized" bacon was mediocre and definitely not worth the price. Our meals arrived lukewarm, and throughout the entire visit we only received two refills in their small glasses, aside from one pitcher of water. To make matters worse, when I went to pay, there was no one at the register, and I had to wait nearly 10 minutes for someone to show up. Even then, the register wasn't working properly and required two staff members and multiple reboots just to process the payment. There were only about eight tables occupied, so it wasn't even busy. Overall, this was a disappointing and frustrating experience from start to finish. I will not be returning, which is unfortunate because I really wanted to enjoy this place.
