We contracted Dustin Foster of Another Level Cleaning Services to clean the outside of our house and everything started well. He came to the house to give us a quote, which we accepted, and he asked for an advance to pay for materials. We gave him the requested $730 advance and he started the job. After I pointed out the many spots he missed on his first day of cleaning, he agreed that he wasn't done with the first stage and would clean the areas again. That was the last we saw of him as he suggested that we use another service and that he would reimburse us, to which we agreed. However, despite his promises of reimbursement, nothing has arrived. Dustin Foster has ignored both the BBB's and the Arkansas Attorney General's Office's attempts to contact him to resolve this situation, which is still outstanding. read more
