Go around 0800 enough time for the water to clear the drains. We went at 0732 walk through the door. Got the shrimp and grits. This was tough. But the taste just didn't sit well. The wait time to be served exceeds 5mins... In the restaurant not being full shouldn't take that long for wait time. Then when somebody finally comes to the table/bar I get passed from server to server. Waitress standing around. Management standing around. Our visit this morning to Another Broken Egg was our last stop on a weekend getaway and it was outstanding. The food is great, but what really made our visit perfect was our waitress, Kirstie. She really went above and beyond to make sure that we were well taken care of and happy. Her menu suggestions were perfect and she really impressed us. My only complaint was that I couldn't get one of their beautiful coffee mugs to take home because they had sold enough that they were running low. This place has my highest recommendation and we will definitely be back the next time we are in town. read more

We were the first in the door at 0700. Promptly ordered and over 30 minutes later they came out and told me they didn't have the creole sauce or whatever to make my order. First, we ordered the kids pancakes, they were 4 inch pancakes and were missing the chocolate chips and whip cream that was supposed to be with. You know when you promise your kid something and then it doesn't happen becuz of someone else's mistake...yeah that's fun. Both my husband and I ordered sausage and neither of us got any and my husband's food was biscuit and gravy. Lastly I ordered over easy eggs, and they were far from it, the yolk was hard and rubbery. This was a take out order, that arrived cold, poor quality and poorly cooked. I never had a beignet , I'm sure this is not it. There was no care about how I received my order. I've been going here with my family for a few months now. Each time, we've had amazing service! My breakfast go-to order is usually an eggs benedict, but the last couple times, my eggs were cooked rather than poached and runny. It turned me away from ordering them and started getting the chilaquiles. Those have been consistently delicious. A couple of our favorites: _Kids menu -- pancakes, bacon, eggs and side of fruit bowl _biscuit & gravy + bacon _french toast _city grits The cold brew is a no for me because I find it too sweet. However, their regular brewed coffee is spot on and delicious. I'm normally a "add cream to my coffee" person, but I can definitely drink their brew without creamer because it's that good! read more

I have been to Another Broken Egg Cafe just not this particular one. On this visit to a franchise upscaled breakfast Cafe it was fair at best. It was a Sunday morning but we waited 30 minutes to be seated and an hour for our food. The pancakes were warm and the potatoes were barely warm which was disappointing. The Floridian Omelette was delicious. Over all, the wait time and temperature of the food was definitely not worth the money or time spent. read more
