I've been holding off on writing this review because I really hoped my hair would look better after…read morea few weeks. Unfortunately, that hasn't been the case, and I'm still unhappy with the cut. The stylist was nice, but the haircut itself was poorly done. The layers sit on top of each other instead of being blended, and the overall result looks uneven and unfinished. This is not what I asked for at all. My bangs were cut last, and although I specifically requested curtain bangs, I received something completely different. It looks like I caught fire with my hair... I'm especially upset because there's nothing I can do to fix this right now -- I have to wait for my hair to grow out before it can be corrected elsewhere. On top of that, I was charged $55 for a blowout without being informed that it would cost extra. At my regular salon, this service is included. It also wasn't a professional blowout: the tools were old, the dryer was outdated, and I left with messy hair instead of a well-shaped blowout. I usually go to a different salon, but this location was closer to my home and more convenient, so I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, I regret that decision. I'll be waiting a few months for my hair to grow out and then returning to my regular salon to fix it.

My first visit was with Pharmis - greeted me warmly, then hit right down to the business of beautifying... Another perk: she stays later than most stylists - allowing those of us with day jobs, or in need of more than a few hours to do errands on Sundays - to still get in an appointment for the weekend.
