I called about 12 places before getting ahold of this company who was available for same day electric emergencies. Only problem was we were 45 minutes away but for a service fee he assured they'd come out and help with an estimate on how to remove this old dangerous wiring. Help is an understatement! Joe and his new trainee Dan showed up 30 minutes early and gave us all our options. Joe is a straight up guy who genuinely gave us his expert advice and that was to honestly leave it as is. We really appreciated that because he could've done what my mom originally wanted(remove all the wiring) , charged us an arm and a leg, but he stressed how that option was not the safest and how it could be expensive and would majorly effect other rooms and basically gut and re wire the house. After multiple breaker tests, they realized the fridge was pulling power from these old wires and expressed the dangers of this. They offered to move the fridge to a different outlet- talk about above and beyond service. Only then a leak broke out from the fridge being disconnected from a water source. It lead to a pipe bursting lol talk about drama but long story short, they stayed the entire time to ensure things were fixed properly and even put up a new light fixture in the meantime. Thank you thank you thank you Joe and Dan. You guys are the real deal and it's hard to come by people let alone men honest like this nowadays. My mom will be hiring them again for her HVAC next and definitely will have you over for thanksgiving dinner hahaha thank youuuuuu!

I called AHES yesterday morning and spoke with the owner about my gas furnace that died Sunday morning. He and his crew came over in the morning and diagnosed the situation. Turns out my 30 year old furnace burnt out at the circuit board. We discussed pricing on a new furnace and within a few hours, AHES returned to installed a brand new gas furnace. Reasonably prices, professional workmanship and excellent customer service. What I did notice about their synergy was that they were all having fun doing their job! I was interrupted pleasantly and told, "It includes everything." I asked about a warranty and was told 7 years. I don't see anything with the manual stating 7 years. Also don't have a card to fill out for the warranty. Plumber came and was efficient. Gave me a bill for $1695! I said, " I was told '$1070'!" He said he can't remember the last time they did it for that price. After he said that I had a "flashback" that this was not the 1st time I was given a price over the phone and a higher price on the bill. When I called to discuss lowering the bill I was screamed at! She said, "I'd never give that price." I said had she quoted me $1685 I would have called around." She kept screaming, "You talked to me! I would NEVER say that price!" That evening after I had somewhat calmed down, I looked at the bill. Noticed that I was given the info. about the tank. I Googled the tank and the cost of the tank... $1069.29! She had mistakenly quoted me the price of the tank only! Who needs to $1070 water tank if it's going to break down in about 7 years. I've been using Pilewski for a few years now. Not the 1st time I was given a price over the phone and another at billing. Apparently worked it out that time as I continued to use them. Not the 1st or the 2nd time I've been yelled at by Kim. It is the last time though. This has been my worst experience with Kim. She did finally give me $25 off of the bill but it's not enough for her mistake on pricing me just the tank (before taxes) and all the yelling she did! Sad to cut ties with a great crew of plumbers.

I called them after hours and got a return phone call within the hour and was told they would make it a priority to check out our conditioner in the morning. The tech showed up in barley 12 hours, looked at our unit, replaced the capacitor, and the house is cooling down as I type this. Gene from Millfair Heating & Cooling saved us $4000+. I plan to use Millfair for our home for any other heating/cooling needs and cannot recommend them highly enough.
