The shop offers privacy and comfort and is both immaculate and chic with an extensive selection of hair colors and modern styles. We visited several wig shops, but were so glad we opted to drive to Henderson to experience this amazing place! We will be back!

The man truly has a gift. He's a charming young guy of good character and a well spoken gentleman, who just so happens to prefer Big Fashion (baggy clothing, jerseys and chains if you're unfamiliar) Hip Hop music and lowrider vehicles with large flashy rims. He also is heavily tattooed. The business was bought by new management "owners" who openly admitted that they were firing Austin for "being too black" and went onto say "if we hadn't gotten to know you and ran into you on the street, we'd steer clear of you out of fear." Both Austins parents are Caucasian, and call me a dumb millennial if you will, but it's definitely 2017, and I truly thought that this amount of ignorant bigotry didn't exist any more, and if it did they wouldn't have been dumb enough to fire a well respected professional over it. The amount of racism involving this situation and statements that were made is difficult to comprehend. It does however, explain a few things about our current governmental disaster at hand. Do yourself a favor and avoid seeking services here and take your money to respectable business owners. Or, you know, don't if you fear for your safety in Podunkville, USA. Truly unbelievable.

By The Sword Inc listed a product on their site that they did not have in stock. I learned about…read morethis post-order via an email. After being informed of my options, I opted for a refund on my payment given that the item I ordered was a very specific item and the alternatives they did have would not work. They gave me a partial refund and refused to refund it in whole, by pointing at their policy of charging a fee on refunds. This is of course absurd given the fact that the refund was a result of their inability to only list the items they have in stock on their website. I tried to work this out with an email communication and they would not budge. It was a $3 difference that cost any and all future business from me and provided a poor review. I hope the $3 was worth it. I would not recommend working with them. EDIT: The owner, Lindy, hit me up in Yelp DMs to give me even more garbage and telling me to "Take the responsibility of my choice" in asking for the refund of the item for the item they didn't have in stock at the time of my order. She is unwilling to make any concessions on the errors of her business model at all and puts full blame on me. Atrocious customer service, worst I have seen in my online shopping experience. -100 / 10. She added icing to the cake by trying to insult me in Yelp DMs saying "You must be an only child and cannot be reason with", if you want to see it I added a screenshot. Stunning and brave. Customer service is horrendous! I bought an item that came in wrong.. wrong color, wrong insignia,…read morecraftsmanship was just as bad. Stitches not lined up. Left about a 4in string from the stitching that they said to "just cut off" I spent over 200 on this I expected it to be perfect! When I asked to return they declined giving me my full refund. Apparently if they send you the wrong item they make YOU pay return shipping plus to ship it back. So $45 bucks in shipping!? Wow. Do not I repeat do not do business here. They buy all their stuff from China anyways which isn't a problem but expected more from the price.
