There was one girl there cutting someone's hair. At 6:35 a second girl, Carrie, showed up. She said there were "computer issues" which made no sense since I had just called in an hour earlier. She then just gave me the worst hair cut I have ever had and I'm 63 years old! My wife burst out laughing when she saw how uneven the sides and back of my hair are now. Not even close! Carrie was clearly on something and she should not be allowed to hold scissors.

UPDATE: JUNE 04, 2011 - ===================== I deceided to drop their rating down to 2 Stars, instead of Five, As I received my credit card statement. And I paid $21.00 (which included Haircut for $16.00 + 2.00 Shampoo + $3.00 Tip). The cashier said loadly to other customers " Thank you for the $3.00 tip" and then when I verified my credit card statement from them they overcharged another $5.00 because they thought I wasn't keeping and verifiing my credit card statements. You better check to see if they ripped you off too. All I can say is the service was great until they purposely overcharged me and I had to file a complaint with the bank to get credited that $5.00. A two rating for you Lady Janes!
