In response to my request that we simply fix what was broken, she said "that's not state of the art; I don't work like that". In addition, I noticed that her assistants had copied my name incorrectly and asked them twice to correct the spelling, without success. For this completely non-helpful and time-consuming consultation, I or someone whose name is spelled slightly differently from mine received a bill for €60. Overall, Dr Borges office appears to be characterised by sloppiness, greed and inefficacy.
