Stayed there again at the end of June- the AC still did not work. We had a late check- in which we announced and even called ahead that same morning. They confirmed the reservation. When we arrived they did not have the reservation and we ended up paying more. The front desk staff was totally useless. The room was hot as hell and had a very bad smell. In addition there is almost no room for two suitcases to be opened eventhough it was a double room. In the morning at 8am the cleaning lady busted into the room without knocking- not a very pleasant surprise when you are in the middle of changing. Furthermore, the overall setup of the hotel buildings and the weird acitivties going on at night give a very sketchy feeling about this place.

The bathroom was very bright with a large mirror. This came in perfect in the morning while getting ready for the day. The bedroom was quite large with a bed to match. The only downside is that the hotel does not offer a shuttle service to the airport. While it's technically walkable (about 20-25 minutes), it may not be ideal with luggage and the roads are very busy around that area.

She called the vendor directly to sort things out with them since I showed her my confirmation and that I had already paid. I really appreciated the great customer service! The hotel itself is relatively new with the train station and area around it still being developed. It's so 'new' that I don't think Google Maps and other map apps are quite updated yet! I could not get a clear answer if I could get there by train from the airport or if a taxi/shuttle was needed. The short answer is, yes, yes you can take the train here. It's actually only one stop from the airport and very convenient! The hotel is just a short 5 minute or less walk away from the train. The train also runs 24/7 from this stop to the airport so we didn't need to take a taxi or shuttle for our 5am flight. They were readily available though, waiting outside the hotel. Overall, this is a great option if you have a long layover at Frankfurt. I'm honestly surprised with all the low ratings! Maybe we lucked out or maybe we just like to kill others with kindness, but service was great and it's more reasonably priced compared to the hotels directly across of the airport. Our room was perfect for our family of 3 with a very comfortable bed to lay our heads which was all we really wanted/needed.

Some guests waited for 40 min+ for the shuttle to pick them up and we learned that you had to call the hotel ahead of time to RESERVE a spot. There were about 20-30 guests trying to make it on this small van and it was an intense situation... - We ended up taking a Taxi to the hotel, which beat the van and we didn't have to argue with other guests about who was going in the small van. - No restaurant in the hotel (breakfast only), but they have a few recommendations for restaurants that are within walking distance. PROS - Awesome free breakfast (5/5)! Tons of fresh fruit, veggies, meats, cheeses, and baked goods. Good selection of juice, coffee, and milk. - Service was exceptional. At breakfast, each worker was on top of it! They were refilling food and drinks, and clearing plates/tables as needed - Great lobby and bar, tons of seating inside and outside - Small room, but decent for a 1-night stay, the bed is comfortable, the room is clean Thank you! :)

At least, my other relatives did not have complaints about their rooms. The hotel room here was also a little bit bigger than the B&B hotel that we stayed in Paris, France. All of us on the tour group also got to eat breakfast the following morning at their breakfast buffet. I'm not a breakfast person though and their breakfast selections were good. You can get bread, croissants, cereal, coffee, tea, juice, and etc. Too bad B&B Hotel. You were so close to getting 4 stars from me! You guys should have made sure that all of your rooms are perfect and odor free.

We ate elsewhere for our last night. Otherwise, our stay was fine. This is a relatively newer hotel, right next door to the more upscale Hilton, which features its own bar, and restaurant.
