It took a little googling, but I found Kat! She is an amazing stylist and human being. I never know…read morewhat I want (sorry Kat...), but she always has suggestions and I end up with great (and manageable) hair. I wish I had time to get some fun color put in, but I'll be sure to remember to make time for it during my next appointment. Last year, Kat put highlights in my hair - they looked natural but fun. She also did my hair for a wedding, which came out gorgeous. Kat has been doing my hair for 5 years, and I'll honestly be a lifetime customer. This was my first time at Pelo. As usual, I waited until the last minute before calling, but there was an opening that same day. The salon itself is very beautiful and inviting - not intimidating like some can be. I really like how its broken up into rooms so you don't feel like your on display. The lighting is also not harsh, which is something I've never seen at a salon. It was nice not being blinded by lights while getting my hair washed. Anyway, the way its broken up into different sections really makes it feel like a one-on-one with a friend. Everyone there was really nice and the owner had just given them all Mother's Day presents, which were made by another local mom with a craft business. This was so thoughtful and heartening. They are very open about prices, which are very modest as well. I'm so happy for Kat and finding my new favorite salon!

He is the only person I trust with my hair color, and I've followed him to three different salons because I simply wouldn't go anywhere else. His work is that good. I constantly get compliments on my hair, and I've actually had strangers in public stop me and ask where I get my hair done. His color is beautiful, and he's always ontop of the latest trend or updated method of processing hair If you're looking for someone who is incredibly talented, takes pride in their work, and consistently delivers amazing results, I can't recommend Odin enough. The décor is adorable, with exposed brick and iron accents. The owner, Leslie, seems very invested in each client that comes through the door. She gave me individual attention and consulted with Julie and I. Julie was great- she wrapped up that perm in absolutely no time. My favorite part was there wasn't any salon-chair gossiping going on. (That is a major pet-peeve of mine) Overall, everyone seemed very respectful, happy, and talented. I happened to have appointments here while I was back east visiting my parents. If they were out on the west coast I'd totally be a repeat client.
