If you want someone to defend what you want and the things you want , I wouldn't recommend any males to use her during Divorce cases. She works the email system as it's $85 per email as well. We spent more than a year in the mediation process with Mulford Mediation-not to mention thousands of dollars, only to come out of the process with NOTHING! Mr. Mulford should have respectfully dismissed us of his services when he saw that we were not moving forward with the mediation. There were countless red flags that should have alerted Mr. Mulford that our situation was not suited for the mediation process. For example, my ex blatantly reneged on a verbal agreement made in mediation and Mr. Mulford did nothing. Instead, he allowed the process to drag out causing emotional and financial set-backs. In addition, Mr. Mulford never filed any of our agreements, made along the way, with the court. In the end, we each had to hire a lawyer and start the process all over. Mediation is a great thing if you have the situation and mediator to facilitate it effectively. Unfortunately, Mr. Mulford's handling of our case was unethical at best.
