If I had only one word to describe our experience with this law firm, I would have to say sorry I…read moreneed more words...something like cheated, disappointed, failed, let down. Yep, that sums it up. Going through this situation I did have to put my humility on check. I put my trust in an attorneys office. Wow, what a mistake. In the first meeting with the legal assistant she proceeded to tell us about another client, an elderly lady that called her with annoying questions about her case. She went on to say that the elderly lady was crying and scared she could not buy her adult diapers with the budget she was under. Not only did this legal assistant smile she laughed. I felt nocuous at the inhumanity she was displaying. I should have know right then it wasn't a good fit if the firm allowed that behavior. Well I wont bore you with all the other details, but on my own I found a way to get it all paid off and settled early. During that process I had questions and I was told by the office that I wasn't there only client and I would have to just wait and they would get back in touch with me. I called the trustee directly an got the necessary information literally in 2 minutes, then basically forced the attorneys office to file the necessary paperwork they had not done yet. They cost be over 4 extra weeks of this nightmare. That is a fact. Please know you can spend your money anywhere, you should spend it with people who care and will help make positive difference in your situation.

I didn't hear anything from him until the day before court.Didn't fight for me or help me defend myself. Just rolled over and told the court that I was gonna pay the restitution without ever consulting me. I was forced to pay the restitution although there was no evidence against me or proof I was in the wrong. He seems to be lazy, or maybe I just didn't pay him enough. Either way, his lack of representation completely screw me out of any chance to tell my side of the story. Im firing him as of right now! Youre fired!!! Told me the price of the restitution and then showed up late and asked where the check was. There was never any mention of bringing a check to court. No mention that he already told the court that I was agreeing to pay restitution on the court date. Never consulted with me on what the plan was. Im not happy at all with the representation I didnt get. I should get my money back. But, Im not even worrying about it. Do yourself a favor and hire a good expensive lawyer. You will thank me later!!
