The man working here would grab the puppies by the head and they would be squealing for help and crying. This happened 3 times in the short 5 minutes we were in there. When we pretended to be buying a dog so that they could play for a minute, he didn't even let them out of their cage and just let us reach our hands in. The dogs loved human contact it was so sad.
