Well, our well pump completely failed last week and the pump could not be replaced because it was stuck in the old metal casing, and new well had to be drilled. Needless to to say having no water would have been an issue but Ted sent a crew out immediately to hook up a 300 gallon fresh water tank with an independent pump system that allowed us to continue to have running water until they were able to get a new well drilled for us! This was literally a huge relief just knowing that we would have water even though our well was broken. I'm not sure how many other companies would have dropped their scheduled work loads to help a customer that was literally helpless without running water, but Ted and his company did just that!!! This is a family owned and operated business, and they treat their customers like they are family. I have spend hours on the phone without any regard to my spring water delivery issue. I have for…read morethe last few years obtained 5 gallon Spring water from 3 sources: ACME markets in Haddonfield NJ, Wildwood NJ, and North Wildwood NJ. For some reason, this summer the distributor has failed to deliver the 5 gallon spring water, delivering Primo purified water instead. I have turned in over 8 bottles to the stores, and have another 12 in my homes. Each store owner has continually requested replenishment of the spring water from your company , without effect. I have attempted to get a return for the bottles, but the store will not honor any return. I would prefer that you ask to please restore this service to these stores. I have run out of your customer service team to call. They do not understand. I would accept a home delivery, but your company will not credit the 20 bottles I have. Seems like someone at Primo or Crystal Springs delivery would pay some attention to this problem. Customer service does not help.
