They had no chance of making a dime from my problem. Two weeks before tax day. The clock was ticking on an insurance issue and I did not know where to turn. I needed a surety and the co. I'd made an appt. with did not have what I needed and did not let me know until five minutes before my appt. I had to be 70 min. away to file paperwork, (in two hours!) by the time I walked in to H & R. Block. Carol and Jane heard my issue and made phone calls until they found the person who would be the solution to my stress. For no personal gain, just to help me. Problem solved, the day saved.
