But, the biggest reason I will never return to this office...they wanted an extra $25 to tell me what my PD was. My mind was absolutely blown away when they told me that. I just spent big bucks for an eye exam and now you want me to pay you more for something that should be included in your eye exam...I don't think so.

My questions are answered immediately. Their knowledge makes me feel comfortable trusting my eyes to their care. When the doctor calls or texts you if you have to reschedule an appoiment to get you rescheduled, that means a lot!! I've never had that happen at other optometrist's office. Dr. Crowley truly cares about my eye health, as well as my overall health. The last visit I had in her office was about a month ago and when I walked in my blood pressure bottomed out and I had to sit down for awhile to let it come back up before starting my exam. Dr. Crowley's assistant jumped into action and asked what I needed to help me feel better. She was so sweet. When Dr Crowley came out from another exam, she also jumped right in and made sure I was ok and well. That makes me love them and their office even more. There is usually hardly any wait when I go in for my appointment. If there is any wait, it is completely ok with me. It shows me that they are assisting their patients and giving thorough exams. Would highly recommend them as the best office in the Concho Valley. I live an hour away from San Angelo and drive past my local optometrist and do not mind the drive one bit. My health is worth it to me to be under the care of Dr. Crowley's Optometrist office.

She's mature, down to earth, logical, and explains things in a way that actually makes sense. My contacts are finally working great, and I couldn't be happier with them. It's rare to find someone who combines this level of professionalism with such a practical, personable approach.
