The eye exam was good. But the front desk service was unaccommodating and rude. Upon receiving my…read morenew glasses, the lower bifocal for near distance was focused at about 8 inches from my face. During the exam I expressed to the optometrist that I intended to use the near distance lens for my laptop. I explained to the front desk clerk that the focus being 8 inches from my face was not acceptable and wanted to have the near distance focus extended out to 20 inches. They refused to correct the lenses OR provide a full refund. This isn't the first time I have had a bad experience with Advanced Eye Care. Never again!
