Also when we were talking and the fact that my mother is a homosexual was brought up he seemed aghast and not able to handle that information. Despite that bad first visit he refilled my scripts and continued to do so until today. When I called to find out why I was told "Well you haven't seen the doctor in 6 months. I don't know what you expect?", when I went to reply was then told "Maybe you should just find another doctor". I was shocked and when I tried to reply I was hung up on.

This was very disappointing because I read so many good reviews about Dr. Kuo before coming here. Instead, I was met with a lot of smirks and chuckles and shaking of the head when I explained my medical history to him, and asked for my normal yearly physical exam. That said though, his medical know-how seemed on par with what other doctors have told me in the past, and he gave me further insight that I had researched online but had not been able to confirm. Good medical know-how, but unfortunate bedside manner and serious lack of respect for his patients. Could not in good conscience recommend.

In short, the appointment was for our 18-year-old daughter. She has had severe symptoms uncharacteristic for someone her age: insomnia, migraines, fatigue, chronic pain throughout her body and more. A good physician knows how to make a patient feel as though they are being cared for, that their concerns are valid, and that they are being heard. Dr. Lavery took the time to listen to her concerns, look over her medical history, asked a lot of questions and had several ideas on how to troubleshoot the situation. Dr. Lavery was more than willing to work to figure out what is going on with her. Rather than rushing into diagnosis too quickly, he assured her that he had a process in place and once he received all of the data he needed, he would talk to her about a diagnosis. Dr. Lavery up to this point has been vigilant about following up on tests and communicated those results through a portal he offers his clients. Our daughter is empowered to talk to him any time of the day and he responds quickly. Having access to your doctor like this is remarkable! Thus far he has become a strong advocate for our daughter. He has helped her get medicines approved, secure an appointment for tests or meet with a specialist, and access other necessary services. The best doctors are willing to go the extra mile for their patients' well-being, and this certainly describes Dr. Lavery. We are in the early stages of solving this problem, but after years of waiting to find the right physician to crack this case, Dr. Lavery has been worth the wait. Peace be with you.

I was excited for my upcoming appointment until I encountered extremely rude and unprofessional…read moreoffice staff via text messages. I was informed at 3:29pm the day before my appointment that my paperwork needed to be done by 5pm to be seen the next day for my appointment that's been scheduled for weeks. Of course I wasn't able to complete the paperwork by 5pm the day before my appointment due to work, picking up my child, and needing to get home at a decent time in traffic. If I was informed prior to the day before my appointment that I needed to fill out the paperwork by 5 pm then that would have been different. But whoever was texting me was rude, unprofessional, and disgusting. I confirmed that I was attending my appointment prior to 5pm and planned on doing my paperwork once I got home. I will be looking for care elsewhere.

The office ambiance is great from decor to music. It's calming because doctor visits can be nerve wracking. Dr. Cudjoe is thorough, makes sure you understand her explanations / plan of treatment, knowledgeable, proactive and has great bedside manner. I'm looking forward to getting my health back on track, maintaining it and trust that I am in good hands. Lynette was also awesome from beginning to end of visit. They both have wonderful personalities & I'm glad that I chose this practice to entrust with my care.

A week prior to my appointment they began to call me to complete the online forms, I completed yet still received calls. They then stated they would cancel my appointment if I didn't complete one specific form, but my documents showed complete. I spoke to an admin who confirmed this document is hard to locate. Therefore confirming they would cancel my appointment due to an issue on their end. I received several appointment confirmations and called the day prior to ensure we were all set and they had what they needed. They confirmed yes. The day of my appointment, I received 3 miss calls from them that they need my credit card on file. I went into the office and they took my credit card details even prior to checking me in. Once they charged my card, I was notified the doctor they made me the appointment with was not in office therefore it be virtual but I'd have to take time out of my day to come back. I was then put into a room at the office to join the doctor virtually. I didn't get a link but I got a credit card charge. I was forced to walk out with a $200 charge, no medication and even more anxiety! The admins made it clear this office has a scheduling issue. If you feel the need to call people 10+ times prior to an appointment, I recommend confirming if the doctor is even available.

After a 15 minute interview, I guess I met their criteria, the nameless woman made me an appointment, and lastly asked for my credit card information, which I provided. The same day I was told I was "approved", another unnamed associate of their clinic left a voicemail stating my appointment was canceled, as I "was not a fit after the provider went over my case, but we have another office you might want to try." I was confused and called Prestige back in an effort to gain an understanding of what changed. After speaking to another nameless associate, I was transferred to their "office manager." I left a detailed voicemail, asking she please return my call as to how/why I would not be seen by a practitioner, who only hours earlier I was approved and scheduled to see. I also asked what would be done with my credit card information I provided. Now, several weeks have passed since I called PC and left a message for their office manger; no one bothered to contact me. IMO, this inaction, or seeming indifference on their part, has most certainly made my personal mental health struggles worse. Personally, this is not compassionate behavior from a clinic that purports to be there for those who endure mental illness. Still wondering-who, what, where and how is my cc info being handled?
