Zoom in to see all the dry skin and hangnails...psshh...$25 out the window
Dottie S.

Was a walk in for a regular manicure. Worse ever.... Took all of 15 minutes and was $25. The man barely push back cuticles and cut some of the hangnails. Won't ever go back

My feet and this is supposed to be pink and white gel and he was so rough on my feet and legs smh
Kim L.

They were rude asf and I was translating and they love to talk shit in Chinese but whatever they suck and they don't know what they're doing terrible serivice $40 to take off and he was very rough on my leg massage and feet like he wanted to hurt me .... Smfh

My nails are all uneven and each a different shape.

Only giving a 1 star because 0 is not an option. I went in for a fill in on nails I had only had for 2 weeks. The lady took my nails that I had on off and wanted to charge me $65 to do another full set. This was not the service I ask for. The lady wanted to argue and insist that I get a new set I told her no. So she charged me $45 for 3 coats of gel polish on my nails not even enough to build my nail up to keep from breaking. I am so frustrated with this today.

The girl was taking forever and she took three hours and did not even come out good She was buffing my nails so hard and she even wanted to charge me 7

My partner got me a gift certificate here because we just moved and specifically because they said they were open on Sundays. It states it on their business cards, it stated it on their gift certificate, on their yep profile and their Facebook profile picture. They arnt open on Sundays... I called their number so I could make an appointment- no answer. I went in on a Friday morning, thankfully there was no wait. Upon entering, it was very dark and dingy looking. I told them exactly what I wanted - down to the nail shape and length.I wanted French acrylics . I kept asking them what would be the price without gel and with gel (because at the salon I use to go to I got it done both ways) they would never give me an answer without gel. I will say I am thankful he did not use the metal drill bit on my nails, like a lot of places usually do. He used the sanding bands! I was a little taken back because he did my acrylics in a way I've never had them done before and I have visited a number is nail salons. 1) I'm use to having a coat put on my nails prior to having any type of acrylics put on. 2) he didn't pre measure the white tips before putting them on (I wanted white tips) and there are parts of the white tips that don't go to the side of my nail. 3) he kept adding layers of acrylic and gel to my nails because "my nails are too tiny" which I've never had that told to me before, or been an issue. While he was shaping around my nails he nicked me and insisted of cleaning the area and blood with like a cotton ball and alcohol he got the acrylic brush, dipped it in the acrylic liquid and placed it on the cut.... I was absolutely in shock. Oh and he didn't clean the brush after he did that. I was nicked many other times too, more than I ever have been. When he was filing down my nails he was so rough with them it almost brought tears to my eyes - my nails are still sore and it will be a week in 3 days. I had a towel placed under my hands while he was working on them, he removed the towel for some reason put it behind him. I had a lady sitting next to me getting her nails done and the lady doing them saw I was 'done' with the towel and grabbed it and used it for the lady next to me. A towel I had used... was now being used on someone else before it was washed or anything. I started to pay attention to people getting their nails done around me. I noticed that they use the same tools on everyone, the stations are not cleaned up after being used or the tools... I was so ready to get out. The guy told me to wash my hands and put some weird funky stuff on my nails. As soon as I finished washing my hands I returned to my station he squeezed lotion into my hand, said have a good day and walked away. I paid $50 for only acrylics to be placed on my nails in a unsanitary place with not offers of even a water... and I couldn't even get a simple hand massage. There was acrylic all over my fingers and hands that I had to pick off. It's 4 days after getting them done and they are already coming off... plain polish I do at home last longer. Oh and they talk about you in their language and will make faces at you. I pay $45 at my old salon and I get acrylics, hand massage, drinks and a good job done on them. I think I would rather make the drive back to my old home to get nails done that a few minutes away from the house. Be aware. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

They were great people. Very nice and polite. We got there as soon as they opened and within 30 mins they were packed. I really like the color I chose and the pedicure was great. However, the more I look at my toes, the more imperfections I notice. My big toe was cut crooked and the polish looks like I could have done it myself. I've been here once before about a year ago and my toes came out great. Yesterday might have just been an off day or it could have been that they got so busy so quick. I'd come back, but maybe on a less busier day.

Bo is the very best. She takes her time and is a perfectionist! If you have sore toes from nails…read morecurving or ingrown she gets out the whole thing taking her time and doing it right. Her manicures and dip skills are also excellent.

Almost everytime I've gone, it's been magnificent, with quick service and sweet nail techs, but the young woman that did mine was snobby, rude, sassy, and not a good artist whatsoever. When I asked her if she often did custom designs like the one I was getting, she sighed, rolled her eyes, and said "Unfortunately. I wish I didn't have to do them at all." Not to mention, the design itself was so terrible that when I sent images to my close friends, I got calls from two of the three asking if I was kidding. The French tips were EXTREMELY uneven and visibly so, not to mention the flowers looked like tentacles with little to no attention to detail. The frenchies didn't even touch the edge of the nail, and none of them are even. She was rough with the filing and using the tools and more than once slipped up to the point of grinding down my skin. Overall, this salon is actually very good. Every other technician is very sweet and takes care to do a good job, but this young woman was probably the worst experience I've had with my nails done.

came in because my boss and coworkers have always raved about your nail salon. It had actually been…read morealmost a year since I stopped going to nail salons because of previous bad experiences, but after a long day at work, I decided to stop by and give your salon a try. When I walked in, I greeted the man at the front and let him know I did not have an appointment but would like to be seen. From the beginning, he was very rude to me. I sat patiently on the couch reading my book while waiting. During that time, he was laughing and joking with customers, which is completely fine, but then he made a joke about Mexicans that immediately made me uncomfortable. When it was finally my turn, he gave unclear directions several times. He told me to "sit over there" while only pointing, and when I asked politely which chair he meant, he continued pointing as if I could not understand English. He repeatedly moved me from one place to another without clear communication, and the entire interaction felt humiliating. It was obvious enough that other people in the salon seemed uncomfortable witnessing how I was being treated. Despite this experience, I decided to remain polite and continue with my appointment. Nancy and another woman who worked on my nails completely turned the experience around for me. They were incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. They treated me with respect and made me feel comfortable again. My service was only $45, but I tipped both of them $50 each because of how much I appreciated their kindness and care. I do not know the name of the man who treated me poorly, but he had a hairstyle that resembled a rooster haircut. I truly believe he needs better customer service training and education on treating people fairly without judging them based on appearance or ethnicity. I am Mexican, and after a long day working as a social worker with children, I may have looked exhausted, but that should never justify being treated disrespectfully. If you want to call yourselves a high-end salon, then the person greeting customers at the front should reflect high standards of professionalism, kindness, and customer service. First impressions matter, and no customer should ever feel judged, dismissed, or humiliated when simply walking through your doors. Overall, Nancy and the other technician were wonderful, and I appreciate the care they provided. However, the way I was treated by the other employee was unacceptable and deeply disappointing. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future customers do not have a similar experience. Thank you for your time.
