They dont book appointments on yelp. Atleast i cant for whatever reason. 3.They are pretty booked solid, so no they cant just put her in. 4.The lady that was "moved" chose rebook to make room for this lady. So a client chose to give up her spot and reschedule. This staff has always been wonderful when I been in. I dunno, I have always had good luck. I call to make my appointment, I show up, and I have been happy. (Yes they have a cancellation policy, that is getting to be the thing now days all over) if you want nail art, make sure you tell them, so they can leave enough time to do it.

All because I left the original review that you see below. Further evidence that this establishment should NOT be supported. Original Review: I booked a spa pedicure appointment through this business's Yelp profile, which includes the service, price, and the owner's name and contact information. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was told they never set up online booking and that they would not honor my appointment. I gave both the owner and another staff member the opportunity to take me anyway. They declined, so I got up to leave. On my way out the door, a staff member came after me saying she had rescheduled her next client to accommodate me -- despite having just told me they wouldn't take me. When I mentioned I would be leaving a review about the experience, she began talking over me and becoming frantic. I chose not to engage further and left. If you have an active booking system on Yelp, it's your responsibility to manage it. Don't let customers book appointments you have no intention of honoring, and don't chase them out the door after you've already turned them away.

I even showed her a photo of the cut I wanted, and to tell the truth, this is the first time ever my hair has looked identical to the photo i found online. I love love love my cut and I will be returning.
