We were a large group (44) so they closed off a bit of the first come first served seating area, but there was still room for everyone else. Apart from that we had no preferential treatment and were all completely blown away by the variety of flavours and textures. The cons are: 1) the servers weren't attentive (they were nice though) and it took us a long time to catch one whenever we needed one, even though the restaurant had only few customers during our visit; 2) their double espresso was NOT "double"!
