Can no one in this town make a pizza crust with raised dough, where crust is medium-thick, slightly spongy in the middle, and lightly crispy on the bottom? Cardboard pizza crust seems to be the accepted norm here in Conway. I will say that we liked the flavor of Bellissimo's sauce, cheese blend, and pepperoni.

The sauce was missing that delicious wine element and it was kind of on the bitter side. It wants to be marsala, but it's not. I have to give extra credits to the manager who came around and talked to us and took our critiques seriously. One thing we did forget to mention was that their booths are like sitting on the gym bleachers in high school and for any extended period of time they can become increasingly uncomfortable. Pizza is not oily at all , seems to be made of real quality ingredients . The sauce is where they stand out , the seasonings are amazing . Sauce is the perfect blend of sweet and savory . They do have a gluten free crust that is round , my wife really enjoyed the gluten free crust . Hands down one of my top 3 pizza's I have had in my coast to coast travels . Will definitely be revisiting in March when I am back on the east coast of SC
