I moved into my first home about a month ago. I am 100% brand new to this entire process, I had absolutely zero idea what I was looking for or even what the entire process was going to be like but Laura made it extremely easy and was helpful beyond measure! She was recommended by a friend of a friend and it was one of the best decisions I made in buying my new home. She was very outgoing and open, she made sure you were completely comfortable with everything. She's down to earth and you know she truly cares about your well-being and provides so much feedback that you can tell she really does love her job. Not once did I question if she had any ulterior motives or that she didn't care because she was always available for any questions and open to talking about whatever you needed to talk about. She's very approachable and her customer service skills are amazing. She has a lot of knowledge on the industry itself, you'd think she was doing this for years and years because she knows exactly what she's doing and had a lot of resources and tools for everything you might need whether it's a budget spread sheet, compare/contrast charts etc. She finds exactly what is idea for you because she recognizes everyone is different! If you are a first time home buyer like myself I strongly recommend you seek Laura's help, she gives you great attention and is readily available for whatever you need! Thank you Laura!
