I went to the lobby of the hotel and asked how much a cab typically cost and they quoted $21 plus $1 for luggage. I understood that I requested a early 4AM pickup but that still doesn't justify the price gouging. When I told the respondent through text that $35 was all I was willing to pay for this short ride he or she responded 4AM; 10 minutes 80mph. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the trip, but spoke with Naomi Sanchez who was able to cancel my reservations with no charge to me. She was extremely friendly and professional.
