Candice is a gem - trustworthy, reliable, and knowledgeable!…read more Candice is everything a buyer wants in their agent -- incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and honest. Upon meeting Candice, her command of the history and up-to-date knowledge of different neighborhoods on a street-by-street level impressed us. She shined during house tours with her approach to looking at houses with an inspector's eye -- she maintains a sharp focus on the quality of the bones of each house. We deeply appreciated her graceful ability to both maintain patience with us and quickly navigate tight timelines when needed. Throughout the entire process, we completely trusted her to keep our best interests in mind. She is very well-connected and well-regarded -- she seems to have a contact for every need! Candice is a lovely and genuine person. We are so grateful that we met her. We give our strongest recommendation of her to prospective buyers in the area.

We never felt pressured in any way to make a purchase or bid beyond what we felt comfortable with (we bid on three different homes!). Candice was always very on point in the guidance she gave us. When we refused to waive the inspection contingency on this house, Candice advocated for us and (miraculously) found a way to help us get the inspections we needed for our peace of mind. Candice came out multiple times to the home to meet me as I met with various contractors for quotes on renovations prior to our closing. She kept our 3 year old entertained while we spoke with said contractors. Her dedication is next level. I assure you, you will not find anyone better. Candice is so kind and caring, it is no wonder she has nothing but 5 star reviews on Yelp. She is universally liked by everyone from her clients to inspectors to contractors to loan officers, because she is truly just such a wonderful person. Talking with her is like talking with family. She is patient and responsive. She answers texts and phone calls all day everyday; I have no idea how she keeps this up with all her clients, but she does. We cannot recommend Candice enough and are so grateful we had her on our side during this home buying process.

We first connected with Ramon in 2025 when we were considering selling our home. After several conversations, we realized we were not yet financially ready to move forward. Even though Ramon had already invested time and effort into helping us evaluate our options, he never made us feel pressured or guilty about our decision. He remained supportive and checked in periodically throughout the year without ever being pushy. A year later, when we were finally ready to sell, choosing Ramon and his team was an easy decision. From start to finish, the entire team was incredibly communicative and professional. They created a group chat with my husband and me, which made it easy to stay informed, ask questions, and receive updates throughout the process. Ramon and his team also did an excellent job coordinating showings. They ensured we had the ability to approve or decline requests based on our schedule and convenience, which gave us time to prepare and made the process much less stressful. When we eventually received an offer, due to our personal financial circumstances we were facing the possibility of bringing money to closing. (This situation was entirely unrelated to Ramon or his team and was simply the result of not having paid down enough of our mortgage) Ramon was generous enough to voluntarily reduce his commission, which helped us walk away from the sale with money in our pockets. That act alone speaks volumes about his character, integrity, and commitment to his clients. Ramon genuinely cares about the people he represents and consistently puts their best interests first. Despite a slower condo market in our area, he successfully got our property sold and guided us through every challenge with professionalism and compassion. We are incredibly grateful for all of the hard work, dedication, and support that Ramon and his team provided!

As first-time homebuyers using a VA loan, we wanted a realtor who would listen to our family's needs, guide us through the process, and be patient with all of our questions. She was knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and always willing to explain what was happening at every step. We first met Liz in September 2025, and from the very beginning, we were incredibly impressed. What immediately set her apart was her approach to pricing the home. Rather than relying solely on neighborhood comps like most agents, she used a sophisticated valuation system that factored in the home's condition, upgrades, and improvements over time. She walked us through how the software evaluated renovations such as kitchen and bathroom updates, roofing projects, and other investments by considering when the work was completed, what was spent, and the local return on investment. It was fascinating to see such a detailed and thoughtful approach to determining the home's true market value. During that first meeting, Liz also took the time to thoroughly explain the market conditions and discuss the best timing for listing the property to maximize its value. She confidently told us that once listed, the home would likely sell within three to four weeks. After months of preparing the house, which included cleaning out more than 50 years of memories and belongings, we finally listed the property in April 2026. Throughout the entire process, Liz provided exceptional guidance every step of the way. She was knowledgeable, patient, and never once pushy. She always presented us with information and options, allowing us to make informed decisions while trusting her expertise. That trust paid off. Just as she predicted, we received multiple offers and sold the home within three weeks! Liz exceeded every expectation we had. She made what could have been an overwhelming and emotional experience feel smooth, peaceful, and manageable during a very stressful and heartbreaking time for our family. Her professionalism, compassion, and dedication are truly unmatched. Elizabeth Do is a gift, both in her work ethic and in her humanity.
