What I discovered was missing was the knowledge and the education around how I could have a deeper relationship with myself. Sounds a little cliche right but the truth is, I didn't know how to love me. Growing up in an environment where I had to take care of other peoples needs before my own, no one really taught me that I had myself to take care of too. Coaching and the Coaching Institute helped me re-parent myself. They taught me the manual to my mind, they taught me about my emotions and as a result of bringing unconscious patters of destruction to my conscious awareness, I have no gained more choices and deep sense of strength that I didn't even know could be cultivated within me. The trainers are all so warm, caring and meet me where I am at with no judgement. I've never found a school or tribe who gave so much love and chocolate away and for once in my life I finally feel like I belong and I am home.
