I needed a laser lithotripsy procedure, and her explanation of the procedure gave me the knowledge I needed - and the confidence that addressing this early, before the stone began to pass (9MM) was the safest and wisest choice. Since the procedure (which went according to plan), she has been very proactive to ensure that post surgery, she has visibility into the remaining fragments, and how I can best ensure they pass sooner than later.
