What could be a very confusing process, Kenneth made it easy to digest. Let me brag about Kenneth, who is awesome. After a previous two month call to him, in which I had changed my G plan and which was going to take effect in March 2026, I followed up with a call to him (2 months later) where he was able to answer, on the spot, some questions that I had forgotten he had provided. I was so impressed with his great recall, which is pretty awesome since he has many clients. I am so glad that I signed up with NJ Life & Health a few years ago. Dealing with Kenneth has been such a delight and a comfort knowing that he has my best interest at heart. I usually don't give reviews, but he is amazing. Oh one more thing, I received my new G Plan package in the mail, postmarked 2/13/2026, but since it wasn't going to take effect until March 2026, I let it sit there. When I went to retrieve the supplemental card a few days ago, it was not included in the package. I called Kenneth who said that a subsequent mailing with the card should have gone out, but he was so quick to oblige by emailing me a temporary card until he could get in touch with the insurance company to send me the actual card. Now that is superior customer service. Thank you so much, Kenneth!
