I was looking for a "natural" salon because I…read morethought supposedly "natural" + expensive would translate into helping me save my very long, but dry hair. First off - I should have done more research because Aveda is NOT natural. I went 4 times over a span of 4 months, each time hoping the next time would be better. Not only did Aveda color and products worsen the state of my hair, the hair dressers were not knowledgable on their own products. Unbelievable! Not only did I know more about their range of products having looked extensively online, one trainee ended up burning my skin because she was not aware that you should wipe color off immediately, and not leave it for 20 minutes on someone's forehead. That should have been my last visit, but no, I went back, one last time. My long-standing appointment with a master stylist was cancelled last minute, and a young trainee was assigned to me. All I wanted was a simple trim. The result was horrific. I hardly recognized my hair the next day. Based on the opinion of 2 experts I have seen since, she must have used dull scissors and a particular slicing technique that was not at all suited for my hair type. The result was ends that stick out as if they had been singed by a lighter, and choppy layers that I hadn't asked for. I will have to cut 15cm off my hair to fix this damage. I wish I could sue. If you are looking for a natural salon that truly cares and KNOWS about hair, please do a thorough search. There are far better ones in Regensburg and area. I have had better experiences with cheap salons found in grocery stores. I'd like to say Senseason is a joke, but I'm not laughing.
