I was referred to this guy by a colleague, who sounded confident that he would be able to help me with my situation (mandatory vaccine for federal contractors). When I contacted his receptionist and explained my issue, she said that he would be able to assist me with my problem. I was never offered a "free" consultation, but charged, via credit card, $50 due immediately. Now, I realize that this was probably due to the fact that they knew there was nothing he could do, but it was an easy way to make $50 for a quick call. When he called a few hours later for our appointment, I explained that I was being compelled to take the vaccine by my employer. He responded by saying that, I was not be compelled, I had a choice to leave that job. I found this to be such an extremely condescending statement (along with his tone), that I nearly hung up. I kept my cool, and explained that, "Yes, I am perfectly aware that I can quit or get fired, but I am calling you to weigh my legal options" (duh). The call lasted about seven minutes, and he just mechanically spouted off information that the average person could glean off of the Internet in less than an hour's worth of research. read more
