Several weeks ago, I went into the store. A young man was sitting at the desk. For quite a while, he said nothing. Finally, asked me if I needed some help. I said, as I matter of fact, I'm looking for countertop tile. He merely said they're scattered all around--never bothering to get out of his chair and offering nothing else. Was very disappointed.
