We had planned for two years to put up an entrance sign for our small ranch. First challenge was…read morefinding the poles (took a year) and then finding a sign maker. We landed on a company that built our sign out of sheet aluminum and they swore that it was sturdy and able to hang safely in the wind. Well, we put it up on a windy day and within 2 hours the wind ripped the sign down. A hanging aluminum sign is a BAD IDEA! We started over again. We had looked at J Dubs that first time, but we didn't know what we were really buying and didn't understand the differences. For our second round we went back to J Dubs we found out what a great sign company can do. We gave them a simple design idea (Irish font with the ranch name) and a smaller second sign with a horse on it. We sent them some pic ideas and left it to them. Their designer (no extra cost) sent some ideas and they far exceeded our ideas - that's what a great designed does. The signs are heavy powder coated steel. There are stiffening bars on the top of the big sign and the bottom of the small sign. They won't tear out! The work of the designer is gorgeous! Better than we could have ever imagined! Thanks J Dubs! If you're looking for a sign, start with J Dubs! Don't waste your time and money at other places!

We were incredibly pleased with Conover Fence. We shopped around and got multiple bids, but Conover…read morewas the most competitive. More importantly, they were also the most responsive, curious, and interested in our project. From the preliminary phone conversations with Jean to the walk-through with Bill, they took the time to go over everything and walk through our options. The crew on site was great, and they finished the job quickly and efficiently. (They even started work almost 1 week ahead of what we were scheduled for, which was great.) The fence is wonderful, both functionally and aesthetically. We're very pleased with Conover, and would have no hesitation recommending them.

My husband and I met with Jean Conover from Conover Fence in the summer of 2019 and just adored her…read morefriendly personality, attention to detail, willingness to say yes to all of our ideas, as well as adding her own tasteful ideas. We knew we wanted to work with her. Soon after our meeting, Conover built a perfect, beautiful fence for us. The fence was everything we dreamed of and 100% enhanced our home. Over 3 years later, we still love our fence. Recently though, the earth moved ever so slightly and made it difficult to open one of the gates. I contacted Jean about the issue and she had her company out to repair the gate almost immediately. This company is a family business; they are ethical, real humans who build high quality fences and care very much about meeting their customers' needs. Highly recommend them.

I ordered some steel paneling in April 2002; estimated delivery of July 2002. I gave them until…read moreAugust to produce my order before cancelling and requesting a refund. I was told it would take a few weeks to process. It is now early December and all I get is a weekly email from the Billing office stating that they still have no date for my refund. If I could give them a zero, I definitely would. I paid upfront in good faith. The least they can do is return my money in good faith. I honestly feel that class action legal intervention is inevitible. DO NOT give this company your money - you won't get your product or your refund.

I used Bridger Steel for siding the house I am building. This used to be a good company run by a…read moregreat guy but now it is run by woefully incompetent people! I will shop out of state and pay the extra delivery costs to avoid the junk show next time. I placed four orders over the course of my project. The first time they did not load the entire order at pick up, causing all kinds of issues at the job site when we attempted to put the siding up. We were also given the wrong colored screws (too much of one color and none of another), then given resistance when we tried to return the excess. On the second order, the person taking the order didn't understand the cut list and didn't even put the right pieces in the order. On the third order, when I went to pick it up, they wouldn't give me the order paperwork so that I could review it. They said the guys in the yard would have it. Again, pieces were missing and were not packaged as requested and clearly stated on the invoice. I just put in my fourth (June 2017) tiny order to try to finish compensating for all these mistakes, was given attitude, and hope they can actually fill an order of three pieces without fouling it up. I have zero confidence in the staff, nor their commitment to service. The mistakes they made cost me thousands in additional labor costs. I'm thoroughly unimpressed. The staff are not knowledgeable about their products or application. The product is of good quality (so far), but getting an accurate order seems impossible.

Neighbors decided to put up a fence, on that side of my yard the sprinklers were all out of line (still are) and had to be moved. Trash was thrown all over my yard in this process. But three of my moved sprinkler heads spray directly at the fence now. Thanks for caring about your customers.
