Also attached is a photo of the bouquet my friends actually received. It looks nothing like the bouquet promised. When I called, I was told through an "error" they did not add the extra flowers that are supposed to come with the Premium version. And that they did not have the flowers in the bouquet photo-- so they made substitutions. Their resolution was to offer me $10 off the price. I didn't bother taking it & chalked this disappointing experience up to a lesson learned. The recipients live in Sterling-- they can let folks there know that the product delivered looks nothing like the product pictured, ordered or paid for.

She had such great ideas on what to do, and how to fix my yard. I am so very happy I came across this small business to completely change the look of my house. Without her idk what I would have done.
