They didn't let me feel like I was wasting time while I was being indecisive and didn't treat me like I didn't know what I wanted, even though at the time I didn't haha. I've been taking my car to be serviced there ever since and I have always gotten 5 star service. From having to have my car towed after I blew a tire (100% my fault) to having my car detailed. I recently got my car in to be "road trip ready" as I'm making the move south and they did an amazing job at detailing my car. They even fixed the squeaky door which I didn't mention, but meant to bring up. I've always been treated to 5 star service by the staff at Bob Allen's and I can only hope I can find a garage like this one in my new town.
