He provided me with exercises to do at home, which made a huge difference in my progress. The office is very nice and clean with ample parking and friendly and helpful staff. Thanks to his expertise and support, I'm feeling so much better. If you're looking for a dedicated and compassionate physical therapist, I highly recommend going here!

My wife has been seeing Michael for about a month and this is her first time going to physical therapy. I work with a lot of talented physical therapists, and my good friend and co-founder of Clinicient Jerry Henderson researched clinics in Portland to give my wife the recommendation of Portland Sports Medicine and Spine Physical Therapy. He chose them based on their background in the McKenzie spine techniques of manual therapy that are evidence based and provide results that have not only freed her from pain, but started the restoration of function after only a few visits. We have been elated with the results. From the initial experience of setting an appointment, to the reception by the front office staff, to the handling of our somewhat challenging insurance provider (United Healthcare), to the outcomes my wife has experienced, our experience has been nothing short of AMAZING. She injured her back and shoulder and was practically immobilized from the pain. She went to a chiropractor and massage therapists, and while those offered temporary relief from the pain, they did not address the core issues. Michael took the time to understand my wife's injury and did everything he could to fit her into a VERY busy schedule including making early morning appointments available and using his lunch break to treat her. He spends a full hour in hands on therapy and is focused on her goals and needs. This kind of service is rare in an era of declining reimbursement and insurance hassles. Michael is truly patient focused and skilled at what he does and the results speak to that. If you are having pain and think you have to live with it, think again! Find a therapist like Michael who is a true professional and focused on the needs of the client! This is the best experience ever and you won't regret it!

The Best! I come to Allie whenever I throw my back out for…read morethe past 3-4 years or so. I don't come often though because she fixes me up so well that I don't have to keep returning nonstop. Allie is the rare chiropractor who actually teaches you how to move your body in the right way so that you don't have to constantly return. She knows how to dial in the exact exercise for you to do to help train your body in best posture and body habits. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Also, the office staff is always friendly and accomodating each time I ever needed a last minute apt or change. It's super easy to make online apts as well if you like to do it that way. In the end, if you just want a chiropractor to treat you and crack your back and help you feel better, you will find that but if you want someone to finally teach you what you are doing wrong with your body that you must now change so that you no longer have to live at the chiropractor's office, then you will definitely find that too. Allie empowers and educates her patients in their own healing and I think this is the highest praise I could give to a health provider.

Dr. Mesnier is supposed to be a good ankle surgeon and I have been trying to get an appointment since March 2025. Despite a physician referrral, good insurance, an increasingly unstable painful ankle I can barely walk on, an MRI with ligament and tendon tears, and filling out all the online paperwork, I have yet to see her. It's August. Her office cancelled my first two new patient appointments with short notice. Christina hasn't requested my records or MRI scan, even though I filled out and signed a request with my new patient paperwork. Yesterday I asked if she'd received my imaging and she said "No, I haven't requested it because it takes a really long time for them to send it, so it's the patient's responsibility." I told her I have to cancel and reschedule a half day of my own cancer patients for these appointments they keep cancelling, and asked if she could make my appt on a day when that won't happen. Her reply: "It's not my fault if patients need surgery". Nice. It doesn't seem like they want my business, so I guess it's not my fault if I go somewhere else. Dr. Mesnier probably doesn't know this is happening, and unfortunately this review is the only way to communicate with her. I will happily update it and the rating if I end up seeing her and having a good experience!

From my very first…read moreconsultation, Dr. O'Shea truly listened to my concerns, and his team member in the room was a superstar, even managing to get me a same-day MRI appointment. Before I even met Dr. O'Shea, the X-ray and MRI techs were all wonderful. They were so caring, and the MRI techs were especially great, checking on me during the loud, 30-minute ordeal. They even offered music to help muffle the sound--a thoughtful touch that was much appreciated! On the day of surgery, the staff was incredibly friendly. There was one particularly sharp-eyed staff member who shouted across the room at me just as I was about to take a forbidden pre-procedure sip of water. A high-five for that impressive save! The highest marks, however, go to RN Sara, who handled my pre-op prep. I spent the most awake time with her, and her deep sense of empathy and caring truly made a difference. And then there's Dr. Lee, the anesthesiologist. This guy was a total rockstar. His humor during pre-op was exactly what I needed to lighten my spirits. He did such an excellent job that I didn't even realize I'd gone under until I woke up in recovery. It was as if I'd never been out--the mark of a true professional. A massive thank you to Dr. Lee! Now, back to Dr. O'Shea. This wizard worked some serious magic on my knee. After the same-day procedure, I felt no pain or discomfort. I was even able to walk unassisted up three steps to the bathroom. The Cyro Cuff, a nifty contraption that massages cold water around the knee, has been my best friend, keeping all the swelling at bay. Just 24 hours after surgery, I took my neighbor's 75-pound black lab for a short walk--without crutches and without a single twinge of pain. High marks and a huge thank you to Dr. O'Shea!
