She brought all of her equipment, her special lighting, her baskets, hats, cute headbands, space heater to keep the baby sleepy, and backgrounds. The session lasted about three hours and she was very patient with the various baby things, wet diapers, one feeding etc. She was very good at calming the baby and catching great photos. We also bought a few pillows and towels of various colors and she was very flexible to use some of the stuff we had. She was professional, warm, and skilled. She also posted our photos for download within four days. We were both very happy with Danielle and would highly recommend her!

It's just voicing regret. The only behavior she's taking responsibility for is messing up the time of the session, which is small potatoes and not the main reason for my review, and she knows that. It was her unprofessional, rude, and frankly, downright unsettling behavior (this plus the way she flew off the handle on her Facebook page because someone shared a copyrighted photo of hers) towards me after the photos were posted and her unwillingness to return my phone call and sell me the photos all because I asked if there were more full length shots available. It took me years to gain the self esteem and confidence to want to have photos taken of myself, and then I was not allowed to buy my own pictures. She says she feels "sad" that she was unable to make me happy and usually rectifies the problem. Please. She had more than enough chances to do that. All she had to do at the time was apologize and sell me the photos. In fact, I messaged her privately through Yelp after she posted her response (and still praised her work and talent, which I will not take away from her). I received no response. I think the only thing she feels sorry for was not making a few hundred from me after the fact, but pride comes before a fall as the old saying goes. What kind of a "professional" wastes a client's entire afternoon and hers and then lets her ego get in the way of making money??? It's sad and incredibly selfish that she still refuses to accept responsibility for all of her actions directed at me and actually apologize.*** It's obvious that brides are happy with her services and she is a talented photographer--I will give her that. However, her ego got bruised and it was appalling how she acted towards me after a general photography session when I said via email (after telling her I loved the photos) that I was "a bit disappointed" that she didn't take more full-length shots of me (which I had explicitly stated that I NEEDED when booking her services) and if she happened to have any more that didn't get uploaded to the viewing link. She actually refused to call me back after I left her a message (saying I was sorry if she took my tone the wrong way and that I still wanted to purchase the pictures.) There were only 2-3 photos of me standing that showed me from head to toe, and they were taken from so far away that there was all this unnecessary space surrounding my body. Several others cut me off below the butt. Her response via email the following day was that considering she took the photos for free there shouldn't have been ANY disappointment on my part. To clarify, the only thing that was going to be free was her photography fee; the photos themselves were never going to be free. I also went out of my way to drive to a dumpy, dicey neighborhood in Manchester, NH where the studio was to have the photos taken and she initially botched the time of the session appointment; if I hadn't emailed her a few days prior to the appointment to confirm, the studio would not have been able to accommodate us. When I pointed that out to her, she asked if I had ever screwed up on a time. Really, lady? The answer to that is NO because I have my head on straight and know that the devil is in the details...and that should be a no-brainer for anyone running a business. And to be fair, she took lovely headshots/closer photos of me and I still wanted to buy them after all this and she refused to give them to me, all because of an honest question. She needs to learn some serious lessons about customer service and professionalism and dial down her ego (she also took offense at someone she knew sharing photos she took on Facebook without giving her credit and was quite vocal about it on her Facebook page at the time, which should tell you something.) I did not deserve such unjustified rude treatment from her. That is not the way to run a business and is very unprofessional. I would strongly suggest to anyone booking her for photos that you get a signed contract from her explicitly stating the date, time, and expectations of the session so that there are no surprises.

Linda came highly recommended by a friend who had recently done a boudoir photo shoot with her…read more This friend suggested I do one because of my upcoming wedding and because over the past few years, I've lost a significant amount of weight. I was mortified at the idea of it, but with some bravery and a few conversations with Linda by email and phone, I knew if I was going to do it, she was the one I wanted. Upon arrival the day of the shoot, I was a nervous wreck, but Linda's confidence and encouragement allowed me to relax and actually have some fun with it. The results are absolutely incredible. I never looked so beautiful and am so grateful I chose her to take my photos. Best part about working with Linda is that I didn't feel like I had to worry about preparing in advance or telling her what I wanted. Her creative eye and improv abilities made it easy and fun to produce amazing results. We even shared lots of laughs during the shoot while she helped me pick out what outfits to wear and which jewelry looked the best. She is so talented and so easy to work with. I highly recommend anyone reluctant or nervous about doing a boudoir photo shoot to choose her. She is an absolute professional and made the experience so much fun.

We were booking pretty last minute but we really wanted some good fall foliage in our photos, and Stephen was able to squeeze us in on a Friday morning and it was perfect. We booked a 1 hour session at Cider Hill Farms and ended up taking photos for an extra half hour with an outfit change and we had such a good time! Stephen was so friendly and relaxed during the shoot, and even though it is a very busy season, he was able to get us our gallery from Oct. 28 just under three weeks later. The gallery we received is absolutely stunning. The foliage and the lighting were perfect on the day of the shoot, but Stephen was really able to capture both, and colors in our photos are unbelievably beautiful & exactly what we were hoping for.
