I understand that they are busy, and have a lot going on, but as I need to commit to being on time they should try to be as well. They are really talented stylists, Only the two owners cut hair and they have a lot of other people assisting, shampooing, coloring, drying, etc Marta likes very asymmetrical cuts where as Cristina more rounded. So, if you are like me with really long hair and want to keep really long hair, you need to see the same person. Which apparently, if you call and ask for an appointment with Cristina you will never get it. Which is infuriating. I don't want my hairstyle changed every single time I go here. I have been working on growing my hair out for literally years, and the last time I went here I literally lost inches and inches.
