Ana is very nice and pleasant. I worked with her for 1 - 2 years, most of which did not require much of her time.
Unfortunately, I ended up having to replace her due to poor communication and the work not getting done at a critical time for my business.
I was left in a difficult position soon after completing an acquisition. I found myself 3 weeks into new ownership with very little of the book keeping done.
After informing her of my need to go in a new direction, I thought it in poor taste to invoice for said minimal work. Especially in consideration of the hours required by me to find her replacement and get them caught up.
Hopefully this was a one off experience, only had by me.
Other than that, I liked her. read more
