The air conditioning was weak by US standards. I had it on full blast at 14°C and it barely felt like 74°. FYI, "comfort" rooms were 20 EUR more per night. Awkward and small shower stall. Cheap & old bedding. The pillows were terrible. I think the pillowcases were supposed to be ivory but one was pale yellow. The highlights: breakfast, convenient location, walking distance to shops & restaurants. Unless I absolutely had to, I would not return.

The refurbished rooms are very nice and the breakfast is good. It may seem picky, but having spent…read moreso much on the updated rooms, the towels and bedding stand out as terribly cheap and old. Soaps also very cheap. The gym sucks.... really bad. The HVAC is locked and cannot be changed which is frustrating. With a few more low cost improvements this hotel could be really nice. Some more international dinner options would also be nice.
