Most residential installers will just try to hook the rebar and pull it up while the concrete is being poured. Doesn't work. These guys did it right. The concrete was cured for a week with water. It is a very complicated architectural style and they did a thorough, comprehensive examination with photos and a report to help me with my insurer. They did not charge me and did no know if they would end up with a job. When my insurer honored my claim, Wage Builders were the ones I hired to do the job. They were professional, competent and did more than they promised, never scrimping on materials or labor. They even helped me with a few things that were unrelated to the job. Their crew was friendly and always cleaned up after each day. I am sure that there are other great roofing companies out there but Wage is who I would call.
